Amado Nervo
Amado Nervo, born Juan Crisóstomo Ruiz de Nervo on August 27, 1870, in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico, was a Mexican journalist, poet, and ambassador. He was the author of many titles, including El éxodo y las flores del camino (Oficina Impresora de Estampillas, 1902), En voz baja (Sociedad de Ediciones Literarias y Artísticas Librería Paul Ollendorff, 1909), and El Estanque de los lotos (Buenos Aires, Jesús Menéndez Librero Editor, 1919). He died on May 24, 1919.
