John Lee Clark

John Lee Clark is the author of the essay collection Where I Stand: On the Signing Community and My DeafBlind Experience (Handtype Press, 2014) and the poetry collection How to Communicate (W. W. Norton, 2022), which was a finalist for the 2023 National Book Award in Poetry.

In July 2023, Clark served as Guest Editor of the Poem-a-Day series. He is a Braille instructor and Protactile trainer living in Hopkins, Minnesota.
